1. General Terms and Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "bt887" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at bt887.app and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and digital services operated under the bt887 brand.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered a bt887 account, including those who have completed the registration process but have not yet made a deposit.
• "Services" refers to all products, features, and functions available through bt887, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, instant-win games, promotional offers, and customer support.
• "Account" refers to the individual member account created upon successful registration with bt887, which holds personal details, account balance, transaction history, and gaming activity records.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any real-money stake placed by a Member on a sports event, casino game, or other eligible activity through bt887.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds held in a Member's bt887 Account at any given time, excluding bonus or promotional credits unless otherwise specified.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" refers to UTC+6, the official time zone of Bangladesh, which is used as the reference time for all bt887 operational functions, promotions, and support availability.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. bt887 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via registered email or in-platform notification. Continued use of bt887 following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms were last revised on 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions of the bt887 Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use bt887 services, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing bt887 on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person.
• You have not previously had a bt887 account closed or suspended for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of bt887, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not acting in a professional capacity as a matched bettor, arbitrage bettor, or bonus abuser whose primary intent is to exploit bt887 promotional offers rather than engage in genuine recreational gambling.
• You understand and accept that gambling involves risk, and that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit into your bt887 Account.

Age Verification Process

bt887 reserves the right to request age and identity verification from any Member at any time. Verification documents may include, but are not limited to, a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or official government-issued document confirming date of birth. Until verification is satisfactorily completed, bt887 may restrict access to deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay. If a Member is found to be under 18, their account will be closed immediately, all wagers will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment method.

Geographic Access

bt887 is primarily designed to serve players based in Bangladesh. Members are responsible for ensuring that accessing bt887 does not violate any law or regulation applicable to them in their place of residence or location. bt887 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law and where the Platform has expressly blocked access.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each individual may register only one bt887 Account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. bt887 employs technical and manual processes to detect duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be closed, and any balances held in those accounts are subject to forfeiture.

Registration Requirements

When registering a bt887 Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your official identification documents.
• A valid and active email address that you own and control.
• A valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number for OTP verification and account recovery.
• Your date of birth, which must confirm you are 18 years of age or older.
• A secure password of your own choosing. bt887 recommends passwords of at least 10 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numerals, and symbols.

You must notify bt887 promptly if any of your registered details change, particularly your email address or mobile phone number, by updating your Account Settings or contacting support at [email protected].

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bt887 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not:

• Share your bt887 login credentials with any other person for any reason.
• Allow any other person to access or operate your bt887 Account.
• Use another person's bt887 Account credentials, even with their knowledge or consent.
• Store your password in a location accessible to others, including unsecured digital files or physical notes in shared spaces.

bt887 will never contact you by email, telephone, or live chat to request your password or full OTP code. If you receive such a request purportedly from bt887, treat it as fraudulent and contact us immediately at [email protected].

Account Inactivity

A bt887 Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as inactive. bt887 will send an email notification to the registered address prior to classifying an account as inactive. Inactive accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of ৳100 per month. Members may reactivate their account at any time by logging in and completing any required verification steps.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bt887 — including deposits and withdrawals — are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bt887 does not apply currency conversion fees on BDT transactions.

Deposits

bt887 accepts deposits through the following Bangladeshi payment channels:

• Mobile Financial Services (MFS): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier; full details are available in the Cashier section following bt887 login. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your bt887 Account balance instantly in the vast majority of cases. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect.

By depositing funds, you confirm that the payment source is a legitimate account held in your own name. bt887 does not accept deposits from accounts belonging to third parties. Using a payment method registered to another person is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and funds being returned to the originating payment source.

Withdrawals

bt887 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• The Member's account must be fully verified before the first withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within three hours of request submission during BST business hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to three business days.
• bt887 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding ৳50,000.

Failed and Reversed Transactions

In the event of a deposit that is debited from your payment account but not credited to your bt887 balance, you must contact bt887 support at [email protected] within 72 hours and provide your transaction reference number, the date and time of the transaction, and the payment method used. bt887 will investigate and resolve confirmed failed deposits within two business days.

bt887 reserves the right to reverse any deposit or withdrawal that is found to be fraudulent, associated with money laundering activity, or connected to a chargeback or disputed transaction filed with a payment provider. Any Member who initiates an unjustified chargeback will have their account suspended and the relevant funds withheld pending investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

bt887 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Members. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and IPL tournaments.

General Bonus Conditions

Unless stated otherwise in the specific terms for a given promotion, the following general conditions apply to all bt887 bonuses and promotional credits:

• Bonuses are credited as bonus funds and are subject to a wagering requirement. The standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in total wagers to be placed before the bonus amount becomes withdrawable as real money.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: sports bets at odds of 1.50 or greater typically contribute 100%; live casino games contribute 100%; slot games contribute 100%; certain promotional games (e.g., crash games) may contribute at a reduced rate as specified per promotion.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are not withdrawable until the relevant wagering requirement has been fully met.

• Each promotional offer is available once per Member, per household address, per device, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Bonus Abuse

bt887 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. Patterns that bt887 considers indicative of bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus wagering mechanics, using VPNs or proxy servers to appear to be a different person or in a different location, and placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts to guarantee profit regardless of outcome. Where bonus abuse is detected, bt887 reserves the right to void all bonus-related winnings, close all associated accounts, and withhold outstanding balances pending investigation.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

bt887 offers sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, and instant-win products. Each product category is governed by its own set of specific rules, which are accessible from the relevant game or betting market page within the bt887 platform. The following general rules apply across all bt887 betting and gaming products.

Sports Betting

• All bets are final once confirmed. bt887 does not accept cancellation requests for bets that have been placed and confirmed, except in cases of manifest error (see below).
• Odds are subject to change at any time before bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds applied to your wager.
• bt887 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where an error in odds has occurred that would not have been available under normal market conditions. In such cases, the staked amount is returned to the Member's account balance.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to network latency. bt887 reserves the right to void any in-play bet where it can be demonstrated that the relevant event had already concluded or a key event had already occurred at the time the bet was confirmed.
• Results and settlement are based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BPL Board, FIFA, etc.) after any post-match review period has concluded.

Casino and RNG Games

• All casino games offered on bt887 are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Play'n GO, Habanero, Spribe, and Ezugi. These studios operate under internationally recognised gaming certifications and employ independently audited Random Number Generators (RNG).
• bt887 is not responsible for game malfunctions caused by the game provider's software. In the event of a game malfunction that disrupts an active wager, the affected round is typically voided and the staked amount returned to the Member's balance. Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on bt887. These limits are displayed at the time of placing a wager and may vary by game, market, and Member account tier. bt887 reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to any Member account at its discretion, particularly in cases where betting patterns indicate professional or syndicate wagering activity.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bt887. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Fraudulent Activity: Providing false, misleading, or forged identification or payment documents; using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials; filing unjustified chargebacks against bt887 transactions.
• Money Laundering: Using bt887 as a mechanism to transfer, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity. bt887 actively cooperates with financial intelligence and anti-money-laundering compliance requirements and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Collusion and Match Fixing: Colluding with other Members or third parties to fix the outcome of sports events or casino games; sharing RNG outcomes or game data in a manner designed to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Automated Wagering: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the bt887 platform in any automated manner not expressly authorised by bt887.
• System Exploitation: Identifying and exploiting technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the bt887 platform to obtain winnings that would not be achievable under normal operating conditions. Any winnings derived from system exploitation will be voided.
• Underage Gambling: Registering an account or placing wagers while under the age of 18, or allowing or facilitating an individual under 18 to use your bt887 Account.
• Harassment: Threatening, harassing, abusing, or using offensive language toward bt887 staff members through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or social media.
• Unauthorised Commercial Activity: Using bt887 for commercial purposes not expressly authorised in writing by bt887, including operating an unofficial affiliate or agent scheme that directs players to bt887 in exchange for financial compensation without formal agreement.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

Closure by bt887

bt887 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete required identity or age verification within a reasonable period after request.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 24 months with no response to reactivation notices.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction requiring account closure.
• Detection of duplicate or linked accounts operated by the same individual.

Where an account is closed due to Member misconduct, any balance held in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons not related to Member misconduct (e.g., withdrawal from a specific geographic market), the full verified balance will be returned to the Member's registered payment method within 14 business days.

Voluntary Closure by the Member

Members may request permanent closure of their bt887 Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Upon receipt of a closure request, bt887 will:

• Confirm the identity of the requesting Member via their registered email or mobile number.
• Process any pending withdrawal of the verified real-money balance to the Member's registered payment method within five business days.
• Deactivate the account within 24 hours of balance processing being completed.

Accounts closed at a Member's request cannot be reopened within 30 days of closure. Members who have activated a self-exclusion period must wait for the full exclusion period to elapse before an account can be reopened.

Responsible Gaming Closures

Members who request account closure citing problem gambling concerns will be treated with additional care. bt887 will not send marketing communications to Members who have self-excluded or cited problem gambling in their closure request.
